Classic Cheese Grilled Oysters 经典芝士焗生蚝

Oysters are plentiful and affordable in Australia. We are blessed wih fresh, live, big, fat and succulent oysters all year long from the Tasimania and South Australia. But not everyone likes raw oysters, so here is a really simple receipe for classic grilled oysters with cheese!

澳洲的生蚝,四季供应,大而肥美,肉质的嫩滑与澳洲海水环绕于齿间,是人生最美好的享受。每次吃生蚝,就幻想着自己坐在白白的细沙滩上,晒着暖暖的太阳,感受着生蚝带来的自然清爽感觉。但并非所有的爱蚝之人,都能够接受生蚝的生吃方式。因此给大家介绍一个最简单的食谱,可以满足所有吃货们对生蚝的幻想。

Ingredients : 6 freshly shucked oysters, 65g shredded cheese

Serve : 2 Active Time : 10 mins Total Time : 20 mins

您所需的食材 : 6个开壳的新鲜澳洲太平洋生蚝, 65g 切碎的芝士

份量:2人份 烹饪时间:10分钟 总共时间 :20分钟

Step 1 Prepare the oysters

第一步 生蚝的准备工作

Clean six oysters under running water and place oysters on a baking tray

在自来水下略微冲洗生蚝,倒掉水分,并把它们放到包好锡纸的盘子上

Step 2 Sprinkle Cheese on the top of your oysters

第二步 撒适量的芝士在生蚝肉上

Put 1/2 tbsp shredded cheese on the top of each oysters

把切碎的芝士放在每一个生蚝壳内,尽量覆盖住蚝肉

Step 3 Place the baking tray into preheat oven

第三步 把烤盘放入预热的烤箱内

Preheat your oven to 180° C for 10 mins, then place the tray onto the middle rack of the preheated oven, bake for 10 mins over medium - high heat until the cheese turns to golden and the edge of the oysters curl slightly.

预热烤箱10分钟到180° C,预热完成后,把烤盘放入烤箱的中间层,上下火,10分钟,至芝士变成金黄,逐渐成型。

Step 4 remove it from oven and ready to eat

第四步 取出烤盘,微笑享用

Beware of the heat and serve immediately.

请注意烤箱内的热度,取出烤盘时,建议带厚厚的烘培手套或隔热性较好的工具。现在看着您完美的芝士焗生蚝,是不是满满的幸福感呢?
